A year and a half ago I hardly knew anything about real estate investing. I was very frustrated about my financial situation after going to college for over SIX years and not being able to make a living in my field. A friend of mine told me about Dwan’s book “Short Sale Pre Foreclosure Investing.” I read the book and found the answer to my problem.
I started working with Bill and Dwan and the rest of the team last year and went from not knowing anything about real estate to knowing more than enough to be successful. I am surprised at how much I have learned whenever I talked to seasoned investors and know more about short sales than they do!
It has been a little over a year and I now have checks coming in and deals closing. Thank you TEAM for making yourselves available and for teaching strategies and techniques that work!
