Dear Dwan, Yours was the first short sale course I bought and I have never looked back! Could not have done it without you (saw you and Bill speak at Sherman Ragland's investors summit in Maryland I believe.......Bill was wearing his red high tops...thought he was some fast talking schmuck at the time. Then after I heard him speak…REALLY WISHED HE WAS WORKING WITH ME)!!!!

Hi Team, I found a vacant house in the same neighborhood as one of my short sales. I ran down the homeowner, it was free and clear, so I just got him to agree on a good price, paid cash and closed as quick as I could lol. I spent almost 2K getting the place cleaned up and show ready, then resold to a cash buyer.
Building up my "REI Fund" is really changing my game. Buying power huge. Being able to close on a deal and hide my profit is nice.
Although I'm always testing new marketing methods, door knocking is still where most of my deals come from...and to be honest, I'll never stop door knocking. Driving neighborhoods all the time door knocking pre-foreclosures has helped me stumble on sweet deals that I otherwise would have never found. A short note of thanks. I just want to thank you for your notes from the heart that show up at the right time :-). I am reading back through emails of the year. Many I don't delete after reading.
I read your note about suicide. This note of things to be grateful for is wonderful! I am going to add this to my morning ritual, looking at what I am grateful for everyday to begin my day.
You really do make a difference every single day! Thank you!

Hi Team, A year and a half ago I hardly knew anything about real estate investing. I was very frustrated about my financial situation after going to college for over SIX years and not being able to make a living in my field. A friend of mine told me about Dwan’s book “Short Sale Pre Foreclosure Investing.” I read the book and found the answer to my problem. I started working with Bill and Dwan and the rest of the team last year and went from not knowing anything about real estate to knowing more than enough to be successful. I am surprised at how much I have learned whenever I talked to seasoned investors and know more about short sales than they do! Gang, An update on me – I’ve been chugging along on the short sales about 70 hours a week. Things are starting to pay off well finally. I’m closing my biggest deal in a week or two. $212K net profit. I have a pipeline of about 110 deals and about 15 people working for me. Life has changed since I was in your short sale boot camp three years ago! Thanks for the jump start you provided. Hello Dwan and Bill, I just wanted to say thank you a million times for your amazing programs. Before I met you I had worked under the guidance of another guru but got nowhere. My experience then made me keep my distance from anything called real estate investing. However, when I met you at a REIA meeting last summer, I must say I was skeptical, but since you were the Queen of Short Sales, I decided to listen to you. I was sold by the time you went through the bankruptcy timeline. It all just made sense. No one was teaching that, yet it made perfect sense to me. I invested in your course and mentoring program immediately. I have completed 3 short sale transactions by following your program. Perhaps the most beneficial aspect is the one-on-one mentoring with you. There I get to stalk you on Skype even at 2:00 am in the morning just to ask you questions and you always answer me even if I feel it’s a stupid question…lol! I must add that I'm also an Apprentice Student of yours and the last 2 deals came after my 2 day Apprentice Training with Bill. The good thing about the training was the confidence it gave me. It is good to know that you are on the right track and know what to say at every objection. I have made $4,500, $6,700, and $4,500 on my deals respectively. I have fully worked on 5 short sale files and I have closed on 3. My goal is to fill my pipeline with as many short sales as I can find over the next 12 months.
